Birthday Cards With Alphabet Stamps! Individualized Birthday Cards!

Here are six birthday cards created using the Martha Stewart HAPPY BIRTHDAY paper punch and Stampin' Up paper punches for the corners and the alphabet.  Images are from the NOSTALGIQUES alphabet set, Emerson, Inky Antics, and All Night Media. A Score Board was used to score the lines on the second layer. Each card has a touch of fiber, either embroidery floss or twine. This completes the birthday cards for 2014 and now onto the Christmas cards.

Birthday Cards, CAS Clean and Simple

These two birthday cards were created for a husband and wife. They both have birthdays on the same day in October. He's vertically enhanced (TALL) and she is vertically challenged (SHORT)! He gets the tall jack-o -lantern and she gets the short one.

Happy Summer!

Wishing everyone a very Happy Summer!

Playing with my iPad and adding frames and text with apps.

I'm learning how to use the photo editing apps on my iPad!
These photos were created using:
Doodle Pro and Pho.to.lab.
There is so much to learn and experiment with and so many apps to try!
I need to get back to some card making soon...

Here is a CAS Birthday Card using a crochet heart, a Cuttlebug embossing folder and a rubber stamp.  The pink paper was purchased as  "Handmade."  It embossed much better than I expected.

A Spirelli and a Tea Bag Fold Birthday Card...CAS

I wanted to experiment with Tea Bag Folds and Spirelli
on my Cuttlebug Embossing folders.
These did not turn out exactly as I hoped.
Pinterest had some great examples from
far more talented crafters!
I'll keep experimenting.

VALENTINE'S DAY CARD AND MINI VALENTINES

Above is a Valentine's Day card created using
Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page paper punches
and Stampin' Up Tag paper punches.
The "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY" sentiment is from Hero Arts.
It is stamped with REAL RED ink and adhered to the card front with a bit of red ribbon.
I threaded the ribbon on a large needle and punched through the finished card front
and tied a knot on the front and back.
The tag has a little movement!

Here are mini Valentines created for my Free Spirit Friends.
They are die cut from Ellison dies and adhered to spellbinders scallop heart die cuts.
Metal brads were colored red, with nail polish and a small bow made with sewing thread was added.
Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Valentine's Day!
