Happy Birthday Bunny Card

This charming bunny in a basket is from an old Stampin Up Set titled: "Serene Spring." The layers are Nesties Label Four and Cuttlebug embossing folder Swiss Dots. A pink thread bow is added at the top. The sentiment was printed on my computer. The card stock colors above are mauve, liliac and gray. Here are a couple of cards using old sets from Stampin Up. (Little Shapes and Friendly Flowers) I used the Little Shapes set to stamp the backgrounds and then used Friendly Flowers to stamp and diecut (Nesties Large Circle) the other images. Tea Bag Fold Birthday Card

There is something very relaxing about Tea Bag Folding and after last night's storm, I thought I would take a little break and do some more Tea Bag Folding. This birthday card (red, white, blue) might be good for June or July or even winter. The sentiment is from SparkleNSprinkle. The tea bag tile was printed ages ago from http://circleofcrafters.com. However, I cannot get a connection to their server any longer. There is a Cuttlebug snowflake layer, a light blue textured CS layer with a border punch and the medallion. Flower Basket Card from Clear Dollar Digital Images

I wanted to try the digital images concept, and Clear Dollar Stamps was offering a free digital image. I downloaded, saved and printed this pretty Flower Basket. I was wondering how to color the digital images since I have a regular HP Printer with regular ink. I hoped the printer ink would not smudge or bleed into the image when I colored it. To be safe, I let it "dry" or "set" overnight. I used markers and colored pencils with Gamsol to color it. No smudges! The layering papers were re-purposed CS from an advertisement I got in the mail! (Recycling Rosie, that's me!) This is something new to me and I can see how it has a place in the paper crafting world. Next I am going to try watercolor pencils in coloring this image.
